What are the lease terms?
We have 6, 9, and 11-month terms.
What does it cost to move in?
The Deposit and first month's rent.
Are utilities included in the cost?
No, it's a separate monthly bill. Prices range due to occupants and square footage.
What's your pet policy?
Up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions do apply. Non refundable pet deposit. See your community office for more details.
What is your guest policy?
Guest are limited to stay for 14 days.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
Renter's insurance is required during move in and our renter's insurance is an option during that time.
How do I pay the rent?
You can pay online or in office.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
We have 24- hour on call emergency maintenance services and 2 maintenance staff on-site during business hours.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, the local transit as well as the light rail.
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Rent may be increased due to lease renal. It also depends on what is approved 60 days prior to approval.
What is the parking situation?
One parking stall per tenant under carport.
Are there plans to update the building?
We are in a renovation period are repairs happening throughout the period.
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
Two month rent penalty.
